The innovative office complex in Parkstadt Schwabing, Munich is to be handed over to the new tenants on 15 December. That means that the twin yards complex will already be fully let with the first occupancy. The 13,600-square-metre office building will now be home to seven companies. Once they have moved in, over 500 people will be working in the office complex.
The former “Funkkaserne” radio barracks is being given a new lease of life. From 2015 to 2017, accommodation for over 4,000 people will be built on the site of the former military base. The Rosa-Alscher Group is constructing one of the central buildings here at the entrance to the DomagkPark.

There was an ebullient mood at the spring festival held at the innovative “twin yards” office complex in the Munich Parkstadt Schwabing. Together with investors, developers and project partners, the project company Top Office Munich GmbH celebrated the brisk pace of construction.
The Domagkpark in the north of Munich becomes “the new centre of the former Funkkaserne radio barracks.” The exhibition of the winning designs was opened by City Director Susanne Ritter in the presence of numerous guests. The architectural drafts can be viewed in the foyer of the Planning Department from the 22nd of April between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
